my fiancee and i are going to be married in a few mnth (shes a canadian citizen and im a us citizen). once we are married does that guarantee her chances to sponsor me?

No.
She has to meet the criteria in order to be elegible to sponsor you.

sponsoring is the ONLY route and I always recomment outland applications for 2 reasons - they are faster and if CIC rejects your application, there is room for an appeal.
