Subject: Restoration of status as visitor
Hi I´m looking for some head up i applied for an extension of my visitor visa within the 30 days before it expire but for some documents missing it was returned to me at that time my visa was already expired but the letter immigration sent to me said i can apply for a restoration within 90 days of the expiration of my visa wich i did my biggest concern is my reason to stay here, is my boyfriend we are so happy together but not intentions of marriage so in my application i argue some courses i´m atending at my church i have the founds to support my self and a letter from my pastor confirming i´m a regular member of the church, how many chances I have to get the restoration and in case it came negative how much time they will give me to leave??

Yes, you can still do it if you receive a negative decision. Staying on a visitor visa and then plan B of getting married are two very strange combinations. You must make your mind if you want to stay temporary in the country or you went to permananlt get setteled. Plan B will help you get PR. But as you said you are not ready, so you must think seriously about it and plan to leave the country inxase of rejection.
