I am an Indian guy, married to canadian citizen! before we married, we had a relationship for more than one year and i was in england and she was in canada. i tried for a temporary visa from london to go and see her and was refused! when we finally got married, i went again to get a temporary visa from Chandigarh, India, in order to go with her to Canada; but again, i was refused! now, i have 2 temporary visa rejections, but everything else is fine and perfect; does it affect my sponsorship apllication being delayed! please help.

no it will not affect your sponsorship application. They will not give you a temporary visa because they are convinced you will not honour the terms of your temporary visa and remain in Canada ilegally. Easier for them to say no than to chase you down. Not very nice I would say because CIC says they accept dual intent applications. I am in a similar boat and we are getting no where quickly. I am now talking with my Government MP. Your wife may wish to do the same.
