Subject: Marriage in Canada
Hi, I got married last December in Canada while I was still on a visitor visa. I married this girl partly because I liked her and also because I was worried that I would not get my student visa in time, and I would probably have to go back to India. It turned out that I received my student visa in January this year and I did not have to go back. I am currently in classes.

I have not yet informed CIC that I am now married. When do you suggest I let them know? Can this cause problem for me? My wife is on a work visa, and I am on a student visa.

Thanks
Suresh

Well lets see, you are stating you married someone to violate the immigration act, hmmmmm is not that against the Law.

Your telling all that you "USED" a woman to remain in Canada just because your student visa might not be approved on time and you might have to spend money to fly home to India and reapply & you want help??????????

You entered into a "MOC" Marriage of Convenience and never informed CIC of your change in marital status for four months! hmmmmmm

So if it would be better to say your "never married" tomorrow would you say that too?

People like you are why real spousal sponsorships take too long.

Stop abusing the system and go back to India, PLEASE!
