| Subject: Apply PR for spouse while working in USA |
I went back my home country to get married after land in Canada.
I am currently working in US on H1b and my wife on H4.What´s the procedure to apply PR canada for my wife while we are in USA and how long does it take?

If you are PR then You can not apply while you arenot in Canada. You have to be tyhere and have a jop.
If you are Canadian Citizen then yoiu can do while out of Canada. Go to CIC web site and find your way to immigration, family class, sponsoring spouse.
