Hi everybody,
Thank you so much in advance for answering my question.
I sent my passport to Buffalo with 3 pictures and landing fees to receive the PR visa (that?s what the letter said). They received it on March 24 and I put a FEDEX enveloppe with my account number so they can return my passport back. And it´s been almost three weeks (15 business days) and i haven´t reveived anything yet..
Problem is: I heard that they will not use my FEDEX enveloppe. I have already sent them e-mail as well as fax regarding this (waiting for their reply).
Now what should I do? Should I send them new envelop (canada post envelop)? According to letter it says if you don´t porvide envelop then they will send by regular mail service.....
I am really worried and confused...please tell me your experince regarding this type of situation. What should I do now?
