I won my appeal during an ADR session recently. Does anyone know how long before my spouse will get her PR card after this process? how much time will it take to send the file back to processing center and do i have to fill in my immigration form again? also what documents do i need to update?
can anyone help me? especially Roy if you can.

Depends on where your ADR was held. Lets say Toronto, Howard has to send the information back to the Visa Post.

Quick questions

Did you or your counsel sign the form at the end of the ADR? Did the CBSA officer wait to sign the form or just leave?
The IAD member will send you the written confirmation if not all parties signed and will regardless.

Expect eight weeks now the speed of the process depends always like always on your Visa Post and how....bent out of shape the Visa officers nose is when they see you won.

Beijing has promoted some locals to do spousal interviews and their CAIPs notes are not QUALITY.

Like they ask a question and do not get a great response from the PI Person Interviewed and never ask a follow question.

Your looking at four months before your partner arrives.
