Subject: FOR ANYBODY WHO CAN COMMENT, PLEASE
THIS IS THE ONLINE STATUS ON MY DAD?S APPLICATION ON HUMANITARION AND COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS (IN CANADA APPLICATION).

We transferred your application to the local CIC office on March 15, 2008. The local CIC office may contact you.

We returned your application to the Case Processing Centre on April 4, 2008. The Case Processing Centre will continue to process your application within the normal service standards.

DOES IT MEAN THAT LOCAL OFFICE HAS RETURNED THE APPLICATION TO CPC VEGREVILLE AND NOW THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT?

WHY WOULD LOCAL OFFICE RETURN MY DAD´S APPLICATION TO CPC WHEN CPC TRANSFERRED THE FILE TO THEM?

SITUATION IS VERY CONFUSING, PLEASE HELP!

MIKE

Mike I answered this didn´t I?

First they asked for additional information that may not have arrived to the actual file on time. They may have sent out the we transferred your file letter to the local office before the actual file left and your additional documents then arrived.

Worse case scenario the file arrived and the local records staff had no storage space left so they sent it back.

Best case scenario they are looking at approving your father stage one and your going to get a real nice letter next.

Either way do a privacy request for the Foss notes its free and should take no longer then three weeks.

Thank you so much Roy for your input. No, you did not answer it before. I hope and wish for the best case scenario because if it it turns out to be a bad scenario then we all would be in a very big trouble. A lot of complications of keeping my dad here on visit visa. Anyways, i highly appreciate your input. Pray for me.

Thanks
