Hello,
we are a group of friend planning to get PR in Canada as skill worker. We have each a different situation ( case ).
I Have US visitor visa, I am planning to send my application in Buffalo which give advantage to complete the process up to 7 months.
Can I apply in Buffalo ?
In my home country it last minimum 2 years to get the PR.

No, you cannot apply through Buffalo as a US visitor.

you can only apply in buffalo if you have a 1 year minimum status in the US, a B1 visitor visa is not good enough
