Hi Jack,
I think its possible. As per what you said, there should be no issue when you go to canada from NY. Its good that you have 10 yrs visitor visa and I´m assuming its a multiple entry also. The only issue I can see is on the return trip from Canada to the US.... if the US authorities question you why are you visiting the USA so frequently, I don´t know if your reasons are going to be valid or acceptable.

You see, having a visa does not mean that you are guaranteed admission to any country. At the port of entry the customs can refuse you entry if they feel that your reasons are not good enough, so plan accordingly.

the last time i was in ny 2 years ago . Now in march us consulate gave me 10 -year-multi visa .I am worried about I-94
because I think I have to give it to officer on the canadian border. How can I return to us without this I-94. I think I am going to call canadian consulate.

I think you will get an I-94 everytime you enter the USA, but you can confirm that with others.
The reason I said frequently visiting the USA is that if you go from ....

Outside the USA--> NY--> Canada--> NY ....

then you have technically visited the USA 2 times within say a 4-5 months period.
