Subject: Immigrating to Canada with Fiance 2 nationalities
  Hi.
I am a U.S. citizen planning to immigrate to Canada ASAP, I understand my application process is fairly straight forward, but:
I just got engaged to a citizen of Iran, I would like to know if it is best to marry before applying, during or after I am landed in Canada. In essence I would like to marry as soon as possible, but I would be willing to postpone if it is more aadvantageous in any way.
My Fiance is currently in Iran and we are deciding if it is best to bring her to the US, on a fiance visa and delay our plans to immigrate to Canada, or to go ahead and go straight to Canada together?
Thanks in Advance for the advice.

I would say before applying for PR to Canada. CIC may want prove if you get married during or after landing to Canada.
