I´m migrating to canada under skilled worker visa.
can i take my windowed mother with me???
what are the procedures for that???

No, you cannot include your mother in your immigration process.
You can sponsor her later, after you arrive to Canada.
Meanwhile, she can come in visit you on visitor visa.
But if she want, she can start her own skilled immigration process.
