Do CIC Call Centres provide accurate information!

Subject: Do CIC Call Centres provide accurate information!
  I was wondering, which information i should rely on: Online Status or information from call Centres. The online status on my dad´s application (PR on Humanitarian bsaes)says that his file has been transferred back to CPC vegreville and they will process the application, while the call centre people tell that application is still with local office in scarborough and they are the one processing his application. I am very confused. What do you say about these conflictive statements by both resources?

The Call Centre only has what the staff put into the computer whether Foss or CAIPs. So flip a coin Mike

Roy, if information at Call Centres is entered by staff then what about the information on web, who enters the information on the web? Isn´t it confusing. may be they delibertly want to confuse people.

Why not get a copy of the CAIPS file and find out?
