Raza I find this is by far the best form because it uses CAIPs and FOSS including the complete overseas and inland file options. Just remember the CAIPs go here

Hi Roy,
Can anyone apply for CAPIS directly form Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator?
I was under the impression that only people living in Canada can do so. Someone from outside Canada cannot. Is that correct?
