Subject: Question for Sharon
  Hi

I have been trying to file an appeal with the case for my son which I had unintention left off my papers when I had file for immigration to come to canada.

They need documents to prove my case, I was thinking of getting a letter from my children living here, the mother who is willing to send the kid and the fact that I sponsered them two at a time and am afraid of how him leaving back by himself would affect him psychologically.I am willing to even do a DNA test to prove my relationship with the child, what else do u think I might need for this case.I live in ontario.

Any ideas

I´d suggest you start by getting yourself a very good lawyer. If I were a judge, I´d have a hard time being convinced that you´d managed to simply "forget" to include a child on your application for immigration. There must be more to this story.

kinda complicated (in reply to: Question for Sharon)
No, I did not forget to include him in my package, I never had an intention of sponsering just the kids alone, I was going to sponser the mother as my commom law partner and and she brings the kids as her dependant so far I have sponsered two of the kids as she was not ready.

They are living here with me 2 years later I told her we are ready to start the filing for all 3 her and the other two kids thats when she told me to take the kids and leave her alone, her reason was that she suspected me of infidelity and that she heard I was married, those are lie and dumb rumers.

So i am sponsering the two kids and only one of them papers are having the issue with the other is in process

I didn´t mean to judge, Pearline. I´d still get a good lawyer; your case sounds somewhat complicated.

Pearline read regulation 117 (9) (d) but more important search the federal court and prey for the Federal court to throw out this draconian legislation.

yea (in reply to: Question for Sharon)
Yea am praying that they throw it out, but the seriously need to over write most of the immigration laws, mosr does not make a sense, and is only deturing people from coming to the place. Long wait, dum laws and all the other crop people have to face to get here.

Thanks Roy I will pray, in the mean time.
