| Subject: brazilian with immagration hold is U.S. but |
My boyfriend currently has a Immagration Hold in the U.S. , is there a way he can be deported to Canada instead of back to brazil? Thanks to anyone who can help.

If his passport is from Brazil, then they will logically deport him to there. Even if he is a PR of Canada, he will still be thrown to Brazil and not Canada. What is the diff?
