| Subject: Refused student visa (Experts Please help) |

I hope that experts can help because I am new in this forum.
I got Quebec´s certificate of acceptance to study in Montreal and I got it. I went to the embassy to issue a student visa but I refused due to insufficient funds.
My question can I travel to Mexico on visitor visa and apply from there?
any help will be appreciated very much.

what would change by going to Mexico? if your funds are insufficent - they are insufficient regardless of embassy that you apply to.
Besides... you must apply for a study permit in the country where you are a resident - holiday destinations do not count.
