Actually I came to Toronto as an intra-company transfer. But before my work permit was processed I had already started the process to Quebec and had received the certificate of selection. I waited until I came in Toronto to continue the process with the application for PR. I thought it would not work but it did and I did not even need to be invited for and interview. Now my concern is do I need to enter by Quebec? If I enter thru Fort Erie will I have problems? Am I obliged to live in Quebec? I have a job in Toronto.
Please help!!!
