The policy change came at the best time for me. I am completing my postgraduate program this month and I have been trying to secure a job for the past 3 mths without luck, very worried about how to secure my stay in Canada and just like a miracle the job offer stuff was waived and the work permit now made open! What a relief!
I believe this new development will better position Canada to compete with other developed countries in attracting foreign students especially US, UK and Australia.
