hello:
I am just filling out the docs for my son sponsership paper, I have to appeal is case, ( left him off my doc when I applied for my PR)
I just heard that you have to pay for an appeal, I spoke to a lawyer which said its 2500 bucks just to appeal, and money up front.
How much does it cost to appeal
How do I cancel the appeal, I know I might loosing but I was hoping they would consider is file under Humanitarian an commpassionate grounds.
Could I just cancel and apply under Humaniarian and compassionate grounds or do I need to appeal and have them consider that routh

I don´t think you have a choice but to seek professional advice.If you didn´t put your son on your own application for PR he is excluded from the family class.
