I´ve used the search button to locate if there is similar topic already answered, but I didn´t find any.
I have a brother who is 23 years old, I sponsored my parents with my brother who was still taking his Bachelor of science in Information Technology, anyhow, he decided to pursue Computer Engineering.
the CIC site says that he needs to be a full time student. but in my brother´s case. He is not actually in full load now because some subjects were already credited from his first course that leaves him under load.
Will this disqualify him because he is not a full time student sor since he has not been in full load for the last 2 semesters.

NOTE:
He already Graduated a Bachelors Degree in INformation Technology, when he decided to study COmputer Engineering.
He immeadiately enrolled the next semester after his graduation.
What do u actually mean by FULL TIME STUDENT?

FIRST WHAT IS A PINAY MILKSHAKE?
R2(b)(ii) & (iii) describe children over the age of 22 who may be considered dependent children if
they are substantially dependent on their parents for financial support. This includes full-time
students enrolled in accredited post secondary institutions or children with a physical or mental
condition. In such cases, officers must ask for documentary evidence of full time attendance at
school, evidence of the institution´s accreditation with the relevant authority, evidence of the
physical or mental condition and evidence of financial dependency on parents.
