Well it works this way.
IF you are in a loving REAL relationship and you are able to PROVE that your in a GENUINE relationship there is lots of chances of you gaining PR status.
PROVING YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS THE ISSUE. Do you need assistance?
A baker bakes two cakes and when they come out of the oven you and I are given all the ingredients and equipment to decorate the cakes.
You unfortunately have never decorated a cake.
I have have years of training and experience in Cake decorating.
Which Cake will look the best when decorated?

first befor starting any process , you will have to proove
your identity , having a valid passport will help you
you will have to send an application for temporary stay and permanent stay , there s a high chance that the temporary visa is refused and the permanent will be processed , usually the immigration will transfer your application in the embassy serving your home country or buffalo , they will ask you to leave the country you will have to sign a departure certificate ,
the only way that can allow you to stay in the country is filling an application H n C not having kids will make your chances fewer and having kids a if your wife works you will have higher chances
h n c will not stop immigration to send you back , but usually they wait for the decision
try H n C and if it doesn t work , try sponsoringship then you will have 2 chances instead of one
