Hello. My name is Pietro, I am Italian 20 years old . I having a big problem with the Canadian Immigration, I trying to explain my problem, but my english is not proper, then I want to apologize about that .. exactly 1 month ago I came to Toronto, like a normal turist, ( this is the second times for me that I came in Canada, the frist time was 6 months ago for 1 month ) and, the customs at the Immigration center in Toronto, they started to ask me more questions about why I came to Canada for the second times, why Canada, what I am doing here etc etc .. I asked to them that I came here because I like the place, I have friends and I wanted to go to the private school to improuve my english right here .. they asked me to give to them the addres about where I was going to stay, and my friend´s number´s, and I gave all of those information to them, and they said that the number´s didn´t work, they also said that only one of 3 number´s that I gave to them worked, and this number they said was to the Canadian military office, and thats not true, this number is my friend number, that I call everydays .. they blocked me and tratted me bad for 4 hours in the airport, after all, they made me enter in the Canada for 3 months, but, they made me a papaer, that I will cannot be able to come back to Canada after the 6 july and I must to leave the Canada for the 6 july.. without any reasons .. I never did no one crime´s, not in Italy and not here, I never had problem with the police or governament´s .. now, I don´t know what to do, I wish to stay here, I have a girlfriend here, that I really love, but we are so young, and, we can´t get marry now, but, I don´t know, she and her family wish to help me to stay here, and please, I am asking help to everyone, I am very introuble, someone tell me what to do, or some informations, some good Immigration lawyers, something about that please ...

Well can you ask your girlfriend to come visit you in Italy? I am surprised that the customs called the numbers you gave them. They must have a lot of time on their hands. Crap like this happens. I think you should ask the girl to come to Italy to see you and then you can marry her there. You are not too young to marry. Who told you that? I know some people who are married when they are 19-21. If she is of legal age, you can just marry her and then stay. Out of curiosity, why you want to stay in Canada? The universities here are just a load of bullshit. If you want good education, you should try to enter American universities. Even better, finish an undergraduate degree in Italy and move to the US for graduate studies. I doubt that anyone on here can give you much better advice than this.

wow, I tell you those immigration officials can be so rude. my friend came to canada to visit me. She dis not have a lot of money on her and when they asked her how much was she carrying she told him and he started to laugh called his buddy and both were gigling at her.
They did not call me to verify numbers eventho she gave them my numbers. I understand that your english was not well so maybe they misintepret what you were saying. They act off suspisions so maybe they just suspect something odd.
Marry your girlfriend, or have her visit you in itally sometimes, if both people love each other I see thats the only way to get here without all the hassle and trouble.

Non credo che vi ? stato vietato di entrare in Canada, suona pi? come essi emesso un record di visitatori che recita "non autorizza di nuovo entrare in Canada" o qualcosa di simile.
Se si vuole stare qui, avete due opzioni. Ottenere una laurea, trovare un lavoro e una volta soddisfatti i criteri punto si possono applicare, sotto la categoria di competenze lavoratore o se si sposare la tua ragazza si possono applicare in famiglia.

me and my gf are dating of 1 month only .. :S she is old 19 and I am old 20 almost 21.. I know she can´t do that now ... it´s very soon for thinking about marriage, and her family wont to like that, and I understand and respect all her decisions ... this is why I am still looking for another option to stay here without marry :S
