my hubby and i got married after his income tax was filed, the thing is there was a mistake on his income tax,they declare him married with, his tax was mix up with some guys tax information on it at that time he was single, we went back to get it correct, we sent in the sponsorship application, we call revenue canada but since it was filed by paper they haven´t recieved it as yet. am thinking that is going to cause a big problem.

you post is very confusing.
your single husband file his income tax - but marked down he was married - error that you are attempting to correct
since filing, you 2 have gotten married.
no problem with CIC - you have a marriage certificate.
But, I would strongly insure that you sort out the revenue Canada problem so by the time it is needed by CIC - it is straightened out.
