Subject: What will be the total Points?
Hi! I would like to calculate my education points about to Canadian Skill Immigration.
1. First I completed 10 years education then I got a certificate S.S.C (Secondary School Certificate)
2. After that I completed 2 years education and got a certificate H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate)
3. Then again completed 3 years Bachelor of Science degree and got a Certificate B.Sc with honors in Physics
4. Again completed 1 year Master of Science degree and got a certificate M.Sc in Physics
5. At last completed 1 year ?Cisco Networking Academy Program? in CCNA from a well reported University and it was the professional degree. I am not sure about its equivalence degree/diploma.
Now I am eagerly interested to estimate my total points. Can you please help me? Should I get 17 years education equivalent to points ?

people that know me around here will be shocked at my next comments -

forget how many points you have. There is a new system almost in place that will mean your chances of immigration within a reasonable length of time is virtually non-existent. Unless you think 5-8 years is reasonable.

The new system is going to push skills that Canada is short of to the front of the line. Those with Canadian experience, or with existing job offers, or work permits will get first chance to fill the annual immigration quota. Right now there are many people in line in front of you are engineers and experts in computer sciences. To be honest, there is simply not enough jobs to satisfy everyone with your expertise. There are currently 900,000 people waiting to come to Canada.

Your best option, (really and truly) is to match yourself up with a job that can result in a work permit. That way, you do not leave your current job or country without knowing that you have a reasonable chance at success.

You will get only 22 points for education as CISCO certification is not counted.

Thanks to all. I am already student of MCSE ( Master of Computer Science & Engineering) and hope finish it very soon.
I would like to say something to Sharon

You should not think that only Engineers and experts from computer sciences background can lead the world in IT sector. One hundred CSE engineers from reputed universities are working under my project and I am the boss of them. Its a big WAN ( Wide Area Network) where peoples from DFID, RNE , CIDA( Canadian Development Organization) & WORLD Bank closely involve in this project and they have selected me to lead this project and this year successfully completed this Enterprise network in my country. "Cisco Networking Academy Program" is not VUE/Promatic exam. Its academic education for CCNA. Although I have many VUE/Promatic certification (CISCO, Microsoft, Checkpiont etc). Anyway,

I hope that CANADIAN counselor when see my CV and evidence, he would realize how much potential I have. I hope you wouldn´t comment anyone directly from short note. My question was just about academic points not else.

Thanks other guys for your nice support.

I highly respect your CV. My guy has a doctorate in Computer Sciences and his thesis was sold to NASA. I understand the calibre of your qualifications very well. I am still suggesting that if you have prestige, a good standard of living, and above average income where you are - Canada could provide less opportunity than you are expecting.
