Subject: Visiting cards
  Dear all,

I have 6.5 years for full time work experience and have contract and reference letters of all of them. But in the application guide I have seen that I need the visiting cards of the persons signing the contract and reference letters which I don´t have . Will it be a problem?

Thanks
Paras.

Paras,

Not all of the countries in the world practice visiting card.

You can take permission from your contract signer to make a visiting card by yourself. Print a paper and past it on hard paper. I did like this, cause in Finland people don´t use visiting cards. It´s better if you submit the papers CIC asked for. Otherwise, write an explanation.

Thanks tariq for the reply. I am curious if there is any template or format to write explanation related to this and many other issues.

Paras.
