Non-Resident Requests

Non-French citizens and French citizens born outside of Guadeloupe should apply by mail, requesting a Bulletin no.3 at:

Casier Judiciaire National
107 Rue du Landreau
F-44079 Nantes Cedex 1
France

Further information and online application can be found on the website: www.cjn.justice.gouv.fr.

Not easy... but I found it my friend:

Applicants who have lived in the Netherlands Antilles must provide a Certificate Regarding Conduct from the office of the Governor.

Appendix B:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37108.pdf

But you should follow also:

Port-au-Prince is Responsible for immigrant applications from: Dominican Republic, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten, St. Martin

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/port-au-prince.asp

Good Luck!

Hello: Please inform me ---how my husband (Hubert Junior Hall) can obtain a police certificate from St. Martin (Dutch side). He lived in this country in the past. He now lives in Canada, and I am his wife, and am planning to sponsor him for Permanent Residency. In order to do this, he needs police clearance from St. Martin.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Virginia Angelopoulos

CANADA PERMANENT RESIDENT (in reply to: police report from st maarten)
Canadian Permanent Resident is waste. Canada earns money with this new concept.

I got my Permanent Resident Card after going to Canada but it is absolutely waste of money and time.

No JOB opportunities are available in Canada. The only available is "Racism"

Where ever you go - you find only Racial discrimination.

Government take care of unemployment people and their kids by paying monthly - Government will not consider PR for any care!!!

if you have 1 child then you get CAD $850 per month to feed your child. 2nd child - 950$... 3rd child 1050 $.. so basically if you give birth you earn more!!!

I am thinking to return to Native country :(

DO NOT GO TO CANADA AND WORRY

DO NOT GO TO CANADA AND WORRY

DO NOT GO TO CANADA AND WORRY

DO NOT GO TO CANADA AND WORRY

DO NOT GO TO CANADA AND WORRY
