Hi Good morning!!!
I am ashish I had applied for the work permit for Canada with all the related documents such as LMO, contract,workexperience Letter, Original passport etc but the high commissioner has rejected my application stating that I do not have sufficient income and asset in my own country so how come I can visit Canada and the high commissioner also want the proof that if I visit Canada for work then what will be the guarantee that I will come back from there, please suggest me what can I do and what are the documents I will have to produce to satisfy them.
Further to this I also have some another question that, If I want to issue fresh LMO again from some another employer, can I get it or I will have to wait for my expiry of my first Lmo which will expire on 1-1-2009, because my brother is in Canada and he will try to find the job for me with some another employer with new Lmo, is this possible or not,
Pls do the needful and oblige.
