Can somone guide me about the reference letter from existing employer.
Does it need to address to Canada Immigration? What should be the content?
Any example?

All refrence letters must be addressed: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. They have to have information about since when you started working for them, what is the salary, job duties and responsibilities and how good you are at your work skills. It doesn´t hurt if they say you would make a great addition to other companies desiring similar skills. If they also comment on your professional and general character, that would help too...
