Me and my family applied for PR on H & C grounds in 2003. If i ask CIC for FOSS, are they going to send me these document or i need an immigration consultant/lawyer to apply on my behalf?
FYI, i do have immigration lawyer, but she charge $100 for this service.

Come on, its a free service if you are in Canada. Type ´FOSS" on google search, get a print of the paper, tick the right spot which is a request of FOSS, sign it and send it to the adress provided. I got the FOSS notes for my dad within 2 weeks. It helps, gives you clear picture of the case. Thanks to Roay that he advised me to request FOSS notes. Thank you, Roy.
