I need your help in this issue.please reply

I first would like to thank you on advance for your response.

I live in Saudi Arabia and I am working in Pharmaceutical Company.
my wife lives in Saudi Arabia and she completed her secondary school in Saudi Arabia, then she is planning to complete two year diploma in one university located in other country (Yemen), I mean she is going to get diploma (two year) and not bacholrie and that will be by distance learning .university is accredited from ministry of higher education in Yemen country.

I would appreciate if you tell me about her certificate, is it going to be scored once she receive it or not.

I have submit the file to Canadian embassy with following points

Education 20
Age 10
Experience 21
Language 16
Adaptability (wife).....

I considered when I prepared the file that my score in English is 16.

My question:

Re evaluation for my pass score in Canadian immigration once my wife gets her certificate after one year and half (graduation for her) are possible or not. I mean; will it be acceptable to get 12 points in English instead of 16 because the 4 points will be compensated from wife certificate

I think first you have to take English language test. Then you can realy know about the language points!

if you claim 16 for language they will most likely insist you take the IELTS test.

But this way to get pass mark.otherwise i cant submit to canadian embassy the simplified application.

My question my spouce will complete her study by distance learning after one year and half .in this case can i submit the paper for them with the certificate of my wife to compensate the missing points which could cause from IELTS.

Sharon,

it will be added and it will give the applicants 3 for diploma(1 year),4 for diploma (two year),5 if master but this will be added when you allotted in the beganning.for me and for my q is different.will be added once she receive the certificate and compensate the differeance which could happen from IELTS (i am not too optimistic to get more than 12 points to claim what i have assumed

if she has not completed her program at the time of CIC application - there is no points awarded.

CIC does not consider future experience, education etc. You must have your 67 points the day you mail in your application.
