Unable to track online?

Subject: Unable to track online?
  Hello all, well I rec´d a letter about 1.5 m ago addressed to me saying that they were pleased to advise me that I´ve met requirements for eligibility to sponser my husband and now the Undertaking and Application for Permanent Residence has been forwarded to the Visa office in London England (where we currently live). I´ve been issued a Client number and a Kit ID number however when I try to track this online it says it doesn´t recognize the details. It says this could be because although they may have rec´d it they haven´t begun to process the application. Do you think this could be the case seeing as we posted the application almost 3 months ago now?

Hi Amanda,
Try to select England instead of UK in the section of country of birth.

Thank you thank you so much!!! gosh something so simple. I love this site. I got through. They began processing my husbands app April 9th.
