Can some one tell me, I have an overstayed visa in the USA ( so now my status is illigal) I married a month a go to a canadian citizen, so do we need to hired an attorney?? are we going to have any trouble because of my status here? we married here in the US.

Your question leaves out many important factors to answer your posting correctly.
How long have you been in the States and if more then six months you will need proof of NO convictions from there.
How did the relationship develop?
How long was the relationship before you got married?
Did any of your friends or family attend the wedding?
Was there an important additional reason why th3e marriage had to take place?
Did your partners parents or siblings attend and if not why not?
I can go on for days but the most important factor is that you answered your own question by adding a second PLEASE!
You seem to be in an unusual situation that will need to be explained. Some will say follow the guide and all will be okay but from your posting there seems to be more then meets the eye.
What ever you decide only hire someone that you believe is qualified and experienced to assist you. Always make sure that you obtain references. If his/her advice is not logical to you do not retain. Make sure it is someone that you can reach at most times of the day directly.
