| Subject: Visiting US with Canada work permit. |
I am citizen of India holding SDPP visa for Canada and will be in Canada till Nov 2008. I am planning to visit US. Is this possible. If yes what is the procedure.

Procedure is very simple.
1) Do you have a valid US visa?
If you do, you have to convince the US officer that you are going to leave the US at the end of your visit.
If you don´t have a US visa:
You have to apply for one, probe that you have enough ties to your country and you have no intentions of staying in the US beyond the period authorized.
And then you go back to point 1.
