i lived in canada for 17 years.i have 3 kids and a common law wife.unfortunately,i was deported last year because of past criminal convictions.i was just about to marry too.so now we plan to marry here in the philippines.we have a very close family and i miss them,especially my three kids.i want to be able to take care of them myself.is it possible for me to return to canada?

you have to ask first for the the pardon , and if you get it
and then you will have to fill an application for permanent resident reabilitation and you have to join your pardon to the application
it depends to the crim youv been involve in ,read the guide you will see.
a lot of honest people are getting deported , you had a chance of hving the permanent resident , and you looked for trouble, you are old too , so the immigration agent will not take it like as youngness misstake...
you have to focus on your kids to be aprouved
and you have to regret ( really regret , not only to come back) for what you did , bacause of the immigrants who does crimes that a lot of people are getting refused
