What have you been up to DC this story is more then a year old. http://www.csic-scci.ca/content/currenthearings The authorized representatives had their discipline hearing canceled. DO YOU KNOW WHY???? The one in the video was an employee.
DC since I do my utmost to never represent anyone before the IRB in regards to an Refugee Claim please accept that I had nothing to do with this story in any way shape or form.
I do believe I was called and told the reporter to tell their relative to go home unless he walks into the love of his life at home depot but even then go home and do the spousal sponsorship from abroad.
The others mentioned how they would put the people on welfare get them a work permit etc. all work for Lawyers and take the client to a Lawyer with a Legal Aid Certificate which consultants are not allowed to get paid by.
This is not over yet and CSIC has only suspended one person for failing to get work permits which is outside their mandate. Anyone can do work permits, student permits etc. and charge for it.

Roy,
I never meant to say that you are within this list.
I just came across it today and as it is related to the CSIC though you might be interested.
Though I think that it is another indication of the badly needed overhaul in the entire immigration industry. I don´t believe it is jusy usual misconduct by few individuals. See how openly these guys were cheating.
If you enter inside any communities then you would hear many names of such hyper intelligent consultants openly. I personally know many stories of such cooked up stories and tend to believe that a good % of assylum immigrants are fake, many even have violent criminal cases back home.
