no, I do not work for immigration but I think in the best interest of everyone - not just you, that we all try to follow the rules the best we can. I would hate to see you blow your chances when there are much better routes to follow.
Take advantage of your time in Canada and see if you are able to secure a job offer. My understanding is that you can apply for a work permit at the border without formally going home. There seems to be far more ways to get that work permit now than a year ago.

If you are an American, you could easily return after a short visit to the US! But I can see why there are probs with work permit, it is a headache to deal with immigration folks. Don´t trust what sharon tells you here. She is a worthless woman living on welfare and hangs out here to get her megalomania fix. Her knowledge at best is just hearsay. She is neither trained nor truly curious about legal linguo... but readily dishes out her useless advice.

you probably have it , then you have to apply for ARC,
did you certified your job with canada human recource?
with a removal order having a temporary work permit is harrrrd
you better apply for pr as skilled worker from back home you can start the proces by now or apply for pnp its faster
they will never allow you to come back in the way you said

People suffer from jealousy and do not want to see anyone assist anyone with their hopes and dreams because they are a failure themselves. Sharon, worry about nothing because if you can change the outcome do so and if you can not effect any change it is not something to worry about.
Attacking someone Guest X who gives good advice is illogical!
Guest X you are looking more and more (ridiculous) which each attacking posting. When you can´t compete Guest X quit. You can´t give any quality advice can you, Guest X?
The issue is if you can provide better advice do so but you offer no alternative because you have no (logical) advice, DO YOU?
If you have two or three University degrees and give bad advice it´s not worth much.
If your a billionaire and you give bad advice it´s not worth much.
If your a representative authorized or not Guest X you should be able to come up with better advice BUT you can´t can you?
