well guys i just have one question to ask.....i lived 8 months in U.S.A and i also have received my Police Report From U.S yesterday so should i submit it to CHC or not yet because they havent asked for it yet . A few days before i have received a letter from CHC that i am successful in one of the stage to get immigration Visa and i will get my Medicals with in few weeks and they also have asked to submit the police report from the area where i live, which i already have submitted a day before yesterday but they didnt ask for FBI report from U.S yet so should i submit or not ? OR when should i submit it ? should i wait for the Medical papers Or is it sure that they definately will ask for the FBI Report thanx for your Comments.

Hi Sherry,
When you applied originally did you submitted the FBI certification. If you did, they wont ask you again (unless you have lived in the States since that submission).
If you didn’t submit the report originally, then they should have asked and it probably was an oversight that they haven’t asked for it. Which I would suspect they would correct shortly, and ask you to submit the report. In which case, I would suggest that you submit the report anyway, especially since you already have the report (unless there is something adverse in the report, in which case its your decision to take the risk).
If you don’t submit the report and they ask for it, you would have to order a new one (as they have limited time validity) which would of course delay the processing of your application. So, submitting it now would speed things up.
However, it is entirely possible (even if you submit it) that they may ask for the report again. But even so, I would suggest that you submit the report.

Thanx Ray for your comments...well i have the report and it says on the back of my finger prints ( no Criminal Record) so i dont have a problem of submitting but i just dont want to be over efficent because if they didnt ask for it then y should i submit but just want to know that how long the Certificate willbe valid. ? thanx

In my opinion its better to submit more information than less (of course you dont want to submit too much unnecessary information).
Police records are usually valid for 6 months of the date issued.
