Subject: Documents to carry along while landing
  I am planning to land over this coming long weekend. I wanted know if anyone where knew what docments should I carry along with me.
Below are few things I already know about anything else that should take along.

1. Landing Papers
2. Proof of finance.
3. Goods to follow.
4. Goods I am carrying along.

anything else ? Please advise

For those who are looking for Timeline:
applied on March 13 2004
got medical around August 2007
request for passport in Jan 2008
headed out to land this weekend..

Thats it man, you are good. And yes you will also be carrying the memories from the country of your origin. Welcome to Canada.

I´d just add it might be a good idea to have a temporary address in Canada ready to provide immigration. They´ll ask if you have it at landing in order to establish where to send your PR card. Otherwise, you´ll have to inform immigration later. It´s just a convenience at landing of not having to deal with this later.

Also if you intend to get a drivers licence, it´s recommended to bring a copy of your driving history (and current licence).
