2nd papers sent to Lima

Subject: 2nd papers sent to Lima
  I have a question,
I sent my simplified application form 15-08-2007. The embassy in Lima asked me to send all the relative information plus the rest of the forms on May 15-2008 - The courier delivered in Lima May 14.2008
Now is the embassy going to contact me telling me they have recieved all the paperwork? or they will stay mum until I need the medicals? I recieved nothing from the embassy yet. Thanks
