I am applying for a quebec selection certificate. Right now Im working as a customer service representative. It is classified as skill level c with noc code 1453. I graduated with a degree in Electronics and communications engineering 7 years ago. I haven´t practicesd my profession at all. I have read that its ok as long as its not skill level d. However, in the website of "areas of training" it says there that if you have earned that degree more than 5 years ago, you should have at least practicesd it for a year.Do you its ok for me to apply even if I havent practicesd my profession?
