|Subject: Help me with form 5406E section A
||I am helping a friend who live here in Canada to fillout the forms to bring his wife to Canada, who is now living in Cuba.
I don´t understand why this form ask for Applicant name again, spouse, ex-espouse or ex-common-law partner.
Should I put my friend wife name in the first line?
Should I put my friend name, who is the sponsor in the second line?
After, why they ask to sign that there is not spouse, not spouse where, in other country?
what should I do,
Should I write in that case "not applicable"?
Thanks very much for your help.
