| Subject: CAIPS notes - delay |

Hi,
I had ordered the notes in mid November and I am yet to receive it. HAs anyone applied for the notes in that time frame and received it ?
Also, is there anyone who got IA in June 04 (and has to appear for interview), who has ordered the notes ? I would like to know the date of file transfer for such applicants. My VISA (I´m in US currently) is about to expire and I am wondering if I will get my interview before my visa expiration.

Hi
I applied for Caips in Nov 14th and got them today Jan 4th. So there is seems to be a slight delay. I got my IA in October and awaiting interview, actually the field office has not yet informed me they have my file.
The reason for my interview seems to be my reference letter from employer was not satisfactory to them. I am going to get another letter and tax refunds etc and send it to the field office once they confirm they got my file.

I applied for CAIPS notes on Nov 22nd and haven´t received them yet. I read somewhere that it takes upto 45 days to receive them.
