Recently in response to George who had been illegal for many years I claimed that it is possible for one to be deported and to return on a WP

The De Sousa family were lucky to have me as their counsel. Especially since I did not charge them anything for the work permit and that I was successful. Guiddy wrote that it is unusual but not anymore!
Great business decision!
Knowing when you can exploit other representatives to correct a wrong that has been happening for years and understanding that the Visa Post (Paris) would be soooooo thankful.
Now its really super timing that Acrobat posted his lacking in knowledge comment.

There are several Portuguese speaking consultants in Toronto that the Visa Post (Paris) are not very happy with.
One of these Portuguese speaking Consultants recommended the De Sousa family to file a refugee claim based on the fact that their is high unemployment in Portugal.
Then another Portuguese speaking Consultants filed an H&C application claiming that Antonio De Sousa had one family member in Canada status to be believed to be Illegal. Yet if you watch the video you see relatives but there is so many more.
His brother In Law who assists all the Undocumented Workers went to different Law Firms and I was recommended to redo the H&C. You see him in the Video.
Now since I´m in Toronto and expanding into that community with a Portuguese Associate and I have never not brought any client that went home back with authorization to return from several Visa Posts I think I´m more knowledgeable to say Acrobat your way wrong!

for the paris post , iam just bringing stories and i puted my source, i don t know what do you mean exactly?
i have absolutely no personal interest on immigration process
ihave a lot of friend that i try sometimes to help

I don?t understand What the point to deport a skilled worker from Portugal or Italy if that person can come back any time because they don?t need visa, so it?s normal Mr. De Sousa got a work permit, if not he will be here any way working under the table and sending money back home. of course Mr. Roy always will get good result helping Portuguese people .
But I?m not sure if people like me who?s from other part of Europe ex-Ussr could get easily work permit after was deported.
I?m not sure witch way to go,
I think I should do HC and at same time Skilled worker , because HC I don?t have to leave and it?s gonna take up to 2years, so I can stay and work in Canada , pay tax, to take more some language classes and to be ready for an interview in my country . in bad case scenario if I will get :No: I?m always can come back through the back door .

George I´m not that guy from Kazakhstan but I´ve been to Almaty, Bishkek and lived in the former USSR for years each winter. The rules apply to all even though the perception is that certain Visa Posts are more difficult then others.
I have an Electrical Mechanic from Kyiv approved to return.
Now George your posting now stands out. Why since before you said you were fluent in both official languages would you be taking language classes.

if I said I?m fluent in both languages I don?t think they will believe me, they will ask me for some kind of proof ,that?s why I want to take more French classes I can speak but not good with writing .
And waiting time in the Visa post where I want to have an interview is so long almost 3years , so I will stay here and continue working ,maybe to start working on check so they can see I have some experience and knowledge of life in Canada.
Sorry Roy I, I would like to take you as an adviser , but I live far away in other province .

George whatever you do regarding this PR thing, keep your chin up, keep your health and work as hard as you can and MAXIMIZE savings. Ready cash is like ready medicine! Nothing beats it. Be careful before you hire a representative. They can help themselves to your cash and deplete your savings pretty fast. Also they might play fear-mongering just to get into your savings. Be calm and keep working. And saving as much as you can.
