|Subject: Do I have any possibility to get a work permit
|| I am a Mexican who was without document in USA for 9 years.Working in carpentry for 7 years and the last 3 years as a crew leader in framing.Does any body know if I will be have problems to get a work permit in the Canadian embassy, because all my experience and reference letters are from USA.I am trying to get a job offer in canada.
I do not qualify for other immigration progran.

Can you provide enough ties to probe that you have no intentions of staying in Canada beyond the authorized time in your work permit if issued?
If you cannot provide those ties, it is going to be hard to get.
As a carpenter, you may want to look into the PNP route to obtain a PR resident status. There are more chances of being approved that way than as a temporary resident.
There is a huge shortage of Carpenters in AB and BC.

You say if can I proof enoug ties,do you think in my case will be a proof the I am married and I have a 4 years old girl who will be in mexico waiting for me and we have a small home. My problem with the PNP resident is the they want proof of my apprenticeship training or trade certification and I do not have any the only proofs are reference letter from my past employers total 7 years.
