| Subject: Form fillup help |

hi all,
I am planning to fill the form in computer, print it and sign. But in my case, some of the columns in the background declaration are not enough. What solution is recommend to this? Can i type in a word document, draw some tables my self , format, print and attach ? is this ok?

Sure you can use a separate sheet of paper, make sure you write your name, the form?s title and the number of the question you are answering on all additional sheets you will be attaching to your forms.
