| Subject: New rule from February 27, 2008 for skilled worker |

Does anyone know how this new rule effective from February 27, 2008 can affect our applications as a skilled worker? It seems they want to filter out the applicants according to relation to the jobs available in Canada. Here is the link:

new rule is not passed into law as yet and it is anyone´s guess how it will translate into regulations. We are going to need to sit tight for a while before we understand the details.
