Subject: F1 revoked visa
  HELLO

this is a little bit complicated matter so I hope that someone can give me a sincere advice.
I´m a graduate student who have been studying in the States for the past two years I got my masters degree from the States and returned back home where I started my
Immigration to Canada process. I filed my application and still waiting for the Canadian embassy reply. during that time my University at the states offered me another
scholarship to complete my PhD. I obtained my F1 visa from the American Embassy at my home land and traveled to the States with my affirmative knowledge that
my I-20 and my F1 visa are valid after that my visa was revoked "Cancelled without prejudice" and I had to get a new I-20 which the university sent me and a new visa from my Country.
MY QUESTION how does this influence my immigration process, will that be thought of negatively from Visa post office since my F1 visa was revoked even if it was revoked due to registration reasons the people at the International office at the University didn´t pay attention to, so there was no unlawful act that came on my behalf. HOW would the Canadian visa post office respond to the revoked visa on my passport?

US Visas are not considered... no impact on Canadian immigration (in reply to: F1 revoked visa)
As far as I know and remember the Canadian immigration officials are least bothered about visas from other country. They want to see that you satisfy the Canadian immigration requirements and if you do they you are fine to immigrate. Ther should be no problems.

Good Luck

How will the Canadian people know your US visa was revoked? They will only know after they have approved your case and ask for your passport. Maybe by then you´ll have renewed your passport or something in which case they will never know.

Also it was marked "Canceled without prejudice" so you have nothing worry about. If it was marked "canceled WITH prejudice" even then it would not matter because US is not Canada. Having a visa cancelled for one country is not grounds to refuse you PR in another anyway.

Thanks a million for your reply, well you know that things are getting tighter and tougher for people from the middle east, we are accused of nothing but still being accused, anyway you are right, who knows how things will work but again I really appreciate your response....

you would be better to start a new thread and explain your full situation. Authors of the post you are responding to are likely long gone from this forum.
