we have done our medicals in January 2008 colombo and waiting for the results. Could anyone reply us how long it is going to take as we have been in several countries for more than 6 months. Do they require or expect to get information from all those countries. We are really worried and tired of waiting since 2004.

It will take at least 6 months. I lived only 2 countries and it has taken already 6 months..

Thanks a lot, your reply help us to release our stress.Do they change the online status immediately when they get the reply about our medicals or do they inform to us by mail.

DO NOT TRUST E-CAS. I read from the forums that a person got his PR and landed in Canada ..E-CAS said " Medical has received". I don´t check my E-cas anymore.
Is not that letter ( CIC sent you) mention that allow them like 90 days/120 days to process your medical? Well, after that day you can make an enquiry thorugh their website.Good luck
