Hi All,
My dad´s H&C application is sitting in Scarborough and i am sure it will be refused after sitting there for another 2 years. Can i submitt her another application under family sponsorship category which is a the right application when you want to sponsor your parents etc. Is it apossible. I have already submitted sponsorship agreement with CIC for 10 years under H&C application. Do i have to withdraw that sponsorship from H&C application when i will be filling this regular family sponsorship application and submitt a sponsorship agreement agaian.

don´t be stupid, just wait. i am waiting since 2004 for my h & c interview in the local office. they are busy and short of staff, so they are sharing work load with other cic offices in canada

do you think there are still chances to get approval when the file is transferred to Scarborough. My dad is on visit visa in Canada, will they keep on extending his visit visa. Because i do not want to ruin is legal status if an extension is not granted.

The reason they send your dad´s file to Scarborough office is : that your Dad live in the GTA area. As i said that they are pretty much packed-up with the overload, so you have to wait.
